When you burn fat this is typically a good thing. This is what most of us strive to do when we diet and exercise.
However, water weight loss simply concerns the water in our bodies. We all need a certain amount at all times.
The human body is made up of 70 percent water. That water is crucial for cellular function and hydration. Without it, our
bodies would shrivel up and die. So, the last thing you want to do is focus on water weight loss instead of fat weight loss when trying
to shed those pounds.
So, if water weight loss is such a bad thing, why are there numerous diet pills on the market now days that actively
encourage you to lose weight this way?
That is a good question. Well, the main reason is that it is much quicker and easier to lose water from our bodies than
it is to burn away fat. In order to drop real weight through fat loss, one has to adopt a healthy and nutritious diet, and then combine it
with a rigorous workout regime. This requires personal commitment and effort to be successful.
Unfortunately many human beings are lazy and are looking for the easy solution or quick fix to solve their weight problems.
Does the phrase "No pain, no gain" mean anything to you. So, what happens is some anxious individuals resort to the so called miracle diet
pills. Some of these pull large amounts of water out of your body, creating the illusion that you've actually gotten thinner and lost fat.
Unfortunately, all the excess body fat is still there. All you've really done is depleted your body of the necessary water it needs. This
fluid is required by your muscles, organs and brain in order for them to function properly. Therefore, often extreme water weight loss
is bad for your health.
It's time for people to step up to the plate. Stop whining about not wanting to diet and exercise. The rest of us do it and so
can you.
Ah ha, please tell me that you weren't about to purchase those lame diet pills off that infomercial. That is certainly not a
prudent choice. It's time to get active in a gym or fitness program. Heck, get a personal trainer if you have to.
But whatever you do, don't resort to drastic water weight loss instead of burning away fat. You'll only be hurting
